F16 Muay Thai is a community that values humility, respect and hard work. We work to train good people, not just great fighters. Our trainers, Shannon and Sandy, have over 140 international fights between them, and they are dedicated to training fighters and individuals to be the best they can be, both inside and outside the ring.

We teach authentic Muay Thai with 60 years combined experience in the sport. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced fighter, our classes are designed to sharpen your technique, push your fitness limits, and help you achieve your goals in an environment that is about community.
