Thai style thaiboxing techniques & training methods, from beginners to advanced level. Our trainers Shannon and Sandy have both lived, trained and fought in Thailand. Both are dedicated to bringing an authentic muay thai training experience to our members.

Inter-gym Sparring

6:30pm - Fridays 
Weekly sparring at various gyms in Hamilton This session is open for all intermediate and advanced levels to test their skills against other gyms in a safe and controlled environment. Great way to level up your skills and improve your fight IQ while getting to know the wider fight community in New Zealand

PTs / Private 1 on 1 sessions

Available with Sandy 
 

30-60m sessions to develop fitness, technique and confidence. Contact Sandy to book. PTs must be paid at the time of booking. No refunds on cancellation.

Fighters

By invitation only.

Builds athletes from their first fight through to professional level. Every session is designed to challenge, develop, and prepare you for what’s ahead, whether you're stepping into the ring for the first time or chasing bigger titles. Training is tough, honest, and focused on bringing out your full potential. We hold high standards for work ethic, attitude, and commitment. Our goal is to produce disciplined, well prepared fighters who represent themselves and our gym with integrity and humility. Entry into this program is by invitation only - consistent attendance, effort, discipline, and commitment to the team culture is required. This is not a casual training environment. Every session is designed to push you mentally and physically towards peak performance
