Thai style thaiboxing techniques, fight skills & fitness  from beginners to advanced level. Our trainers have lived, trained and fought in Thailand and bring a strong authentic influence in training our members.

Inter-gym Sparring

6:30pm - Fridays 
Weekly sparring at various gyms in Hamilton This session is open for all intermediate and advanced levels to test their skills against other gyms in a safe and controlled environment. Great way to level up your skills and improve your fight IQ while getting to know the wider fight community in New Zealand

PTs / Private 1 on 1 sessions

30-60m 1:1 Pad holding sessions to develop fitness, technique and confidence. Book at class.

Fighters

Fighting is art
Each fighter is crafted and nurtured individually. We build our fighters from their first competitive bout through to pro level - whatever their goals are. Whether you're stepping into the ring for the first time or chasing bigger titles, we'll build your skills, endurance, technique, and fight plans to help you win, grow and learn. We back our fighters wherever they are at, and in return we expect them to self-motivate, put in the mahi, and represent themselves with integrity,  and humility in and out of the gym.
